D&D Social Group Interest Form

Hesed Counseling is excited to announce our intention to host a D&D Social Group this winter!

Please note: The 14–17-year-old group is currently FULL.

We are still accepting interest for the 10–13-year-old group. If you are completing this form for a 14–17-year-old, you may still submit your information to be placed on a waitlist in case a spot becomes available.

The D&D Social Group will meet 1–2 times per month, with each campaign capped at a total of 6 sessions. The meeting frequency will depend on the amount of interest:

• If there is enough interest for one age group, that group will meet twice per month for the duration of the campaign.

• If there is enough interest to hold two separate age groups, each group will meet once per month for the duration of the campaign.

• Each group will be capped at 6 players.

Age ranges:

• 10–13 years old: Currently accepting interest

• 14–17 years old: FULL — waitlist available

Groups will meet on specified Fridays from approximately 7:00–9:00 PM at our Wilmington location on Randall Parkway. Sessions will be DM’d by Kayla Moreno Vega, MSW, LCSW, with assistance from Miranda Spencer, graduate student intern.

Cost & Payment

Participation in the group will be self-pay only. HSA/FSA funds are accepted. Insurance will not be accepted, as this is a social group rather than a therapeutic group.

The total introductory cost is $180 per participant for all 6 sessions ($30/session or $15/hour).
